Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kotizly, available at kotizly.lat (the "Service"), operated by Raymour Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use Kotizly for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Kotizly helps contractors and tradespeople build quotes, turn them into PDF documents, share them with clients through a link or WhatsApp, and keep a record of quotes and income. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft a scope of work from your description.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@kotizly.lat if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Plans, trial and quote credits

Kotizly offers a free plan with a monthly quote allowance, a 14-day free Pro trial on signup (no payment details required), paid Pro and Business subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, and one-time quote credits. Current features and prices are shown on the pricing page. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added by Paddle at checkout according to your billing country, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile (Billing). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your content

You own the quotes, client details, logos and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including generating PDFs and showing a quote to anyone you share its link with. You are responsible for Your Content: prices, taxes, terms and the legal compliance of the quotes you send, and for having the right to enter your clients' contact details. Text drafted by AI may contain mistakes; review it before you send a quote.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Kotizly to break the law, send spam, deceive or defraud anyone, upload malicious code, infringe other people's rights, probe or overload our systems, or resell the Service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kotizly available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Kotizly and delete your account at any time from your profile; deleting it cancels any active subscription and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Kotizly after a change means you accept it.
